‘Toxic’ terms and HIV discrimination: how insurers leave LGBT+ people unprotected

Financial firms are continuing to discriminate against LGBT+ customers, despite calls from the industry to “detoxify” their policies. Many LGBT+ people are either having to pay more for insurance or are being denied cover completely because of outdated ideas about HIV.
